15 Quick & Easy Kids/Family Yoga Classes !

In this 3-hour Mini Me Yoga Explorer Club workshop, parents, grandparents, childcare providers and teachers learn to expand their skills using the foundational 15 minute a day program. Exploring mindfulness, yoga and positive thinking and creating 15 fun Kids/Family yoga classes for children using games and exercises designed to make it fun and engaging.

NO experience with mindfulness/yoga is necessary – anyone can join in the fun!

Each participant receives a set of 14 Explorer Club Yoga Cards, a manual and will learn:
• 5 x 15 Minute Kids/Family Yoga Classes
• 10 x 15 Minute Kids/Family Yoga Classes
* 15 x 15 Minute Kids/Family Yoga Classes
• How to Mix and Match and create 100’s of classes
• Bring children into the creating of the class
• Plus, 14 new yoga poses

It’s action-packed and full of information as well as practical tools. Everyone leaves with what they need to get started right away, with 15 easy Kids/Family yoga classes designed to be used in your daily routine, whether it be in the home, the classroom, community groups, play dates, weekend sleepovers etc.

Deepening your knowledge of how to present mindfulness and yoga to children whilst still having fun allows the child the freedom to Explore and grow as they grow.

Introducing these simple classes in school, daycare or the home significantly reduces stress, increases children’s capacity to learn, be gentle to one another, respect nature and grow strong mentally and physically. During this age where childhood diabetes, food intolerance’s and hyper active syndromes are on the rise, our games and activities bring much needed fun time where children can create and express themselves.
